to its operation an understanding of environmental issues in the context of its business. Our
collective task is to ensure that we continually improve the environmental impact of our total global
activities.

The company operates in complience with all relevant United Kingdom, Environmental Legislation
Regulations and Codes of Practice and is committed to do so as these statutes develop over time.
 In addition the company uses sustainable forests and responsible sources traceable via FSC and
PEFC Chain-Of-Custody for components that are destined to become part of the customers building.

By this policy Swift Timber Homes LTD. recognises its responsibility towards protection of the
environment, and issues this statement as a commitment of both management and employees to
minimising the environmental impact of its operations.
